PETITS POTS DE CREME AU CHOCOLAT RECIPE (Little Pots of Cream)
1 Cup Heavy Cream
7 Ounces Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon Coffee or Expresso Powder
3 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
TO PREPARE:
Melt heavy cream and chocolate in microwave for 45 seconds. Stir and melt for 30 more seconds until smooth. Add coffee powder, eggs, and vanilla.
Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
TINA’S TIP: Top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry!
